We do not offer a service based on inclusive minutes, nor will we offer a package that sets a limit on how many calls we take, charging additionally for every call, or any calls that come in above this. We also do not charge per call. We want our team of trained virtual receptionists to answer calls and deal with each enquiry without you having to worry about a limit to the call volume after every caller and thus missing out on a potential sale or potential clients.

Instead, our dedicated team will work closely with you at the outset of our relationship to help you choose the right cost-effective pricing model based on the expected number of inbound calls. Once this is established our call handling services will be utilised to ensure you never miss a current call. All incoming calls will be serviced within business hours by our team of trained professionals who are passionate in supporting your business and upholding your business’ brand image on every customer interaction.

After a period of 3 months the Onwards team will review the volume of calls taken, including unwanted sales calls. Only if there has been a sustained difference to the volumes will we then discuss how we can further personalise your package.

We also do not charge more for additional features such as our round-the-clock voicemail service.
